Rooth's a shapeshifter, who takes on many forms. His 'native' form is his feral dragon form, and that (almost) always has wings in artwork. His anthro form varies a bit more, and when desired, he can shift into a wingless form. Which made it easier to make an anthro Rooth costume. ;)
