Another horse has died.
That's 3 this month :(
This poor mare had been struggling on for months, but she lost her fight.
She got colic yesterday afternoon and was put to sleep last night. Her body was still there this morning, as the knackerman couldn't come until then.
She had a whole host of problems, including - a liver only 50% of what it should be, heart problems, lung problems, several skin problems, she was prone to colic and finally, she had torn a ligament in her hind leg.
She was such a sweet little mare and a Christmas present for 2 young girls. They didn't even get to have her for a year :(

Thank you, it's been such a hard time for everyone on the yard this month. It's such a small place, where everyone knows and gets on with everyone else and we all chip-in with looking after each others horses, so it's a personal loss for us all :(
And thanks! I felt pretty stale for a while and really lost enthusiasm, but thankfully I'm getting it back :D I loved all the pictures you did for Goretober! I'm going to have to try that next year :D

I might do once I find out what dinos to draw. Lol. :)
Could do the Gore Challenge? Its a more open thing, not set dates. And thank you! Random Lion is now Pugsly and is a brat. XD
