I used that one plus an older version of racemenu to get the muscle one but the fat one is done with bodyslide plus tweaking in racemenu. I figured out if you just create a female body and rename it malebody1 then you it works. The HDT body physics work as well if you have one of the many mods installed. I found one that puts physics on the belly but not much so I would love to be able to make my own physics mod but I dont know how
