I bought a custom slot for a bell dragon from the ever-brilliant ApatheticError and this was the result! The only specifications were the coloration and features; he was the one who put it together into this gorgeous design, including the overall scheme and markings. <3

I think the way the feathers look tattered where the wings just out was an incredibly nice feature to add with the bone wings, making it look like they were stripped as opposed to naturally formed that way. I am going to have a lot of fun thinking up information for this gal!
