I commissioned this picture ages ago and I have no idea why I didn’t upload it back then.

This is the infamous Mew, Shinka; the creator of the hypnotic rings. Another method he uses to enslave others is the classic eye spirals, though he didn’t use is as much as his trademark rings. Like my other hypnotists, he goes after both male and female Pokemon. The only difference is that he only targets certain species of Pokemon. There are too many Pokemon on his list to post here, however.
