The lovely goddess the alter ego of the Black Dove. When she switch she becomes goddess of Justice and Punishment. She keeps her eyes covered as she will cry blood for seeing the sins and crimes of others. She likes to give people a chance to confess what they did before deciding on the punishment. The only person she is willing to look at is her love who she care for deeply.
