One day, a certain shiny Azelf met a Sylveon with hypnotic powers, which she used to put the Azelf under trance. She quickly grew to enjoy having the legendary under her total command and made it to where he would be her slave forever by altering his memories, making him think he's been serving her his whole life while also adjusting his personality and thoughts so he would forever be loyal. However, this Azelf had quite a few friends and after learning he could use any Pokemon move, had him use transform to turn himself into a Fennekin as a disguise in public places and so there wouldn't be any suspicion and since then, the Fennekin/Azelf has never left his mistress' side and will never leave her side.
