This guy posed some unforeseen challenges!

The customer wanted it as close as possible to the reference on the far right. Well, I think I kind of hit the nail on the head ;) I had to place the zipper on the side rather then on the top to make room for his head and legs. But it works all the same. He's made with minky, wool, and cotton. His straps are made of nylon, nice and fray-resistant. :)
