Just clarifying this is a commission of Undertale stuff, I didn't find the game something to purchase so I know nothing really about it. :) If you want something like this be aware I don't do cub, and usually I steer away from fan art but I do find the fan art of this game mighty moomin meets miyazaki so it will be an okay theme for commissions. :0

Also really should put here for others reading: the art people are making is more interesting to me than playing the game. Wish someone would just make it a cute web comic or pitch it with better art as a show or something. Has potential. Just am a picky gamer not into indie stuff at all but dont hate meeeeee.

Sounds like the scripting is pretty cool, though, if perhaps a bit manipulative. People seem to be making particularly strong emotional connections with the characters. I suppose that means the writer(s?) did a good job, though. Pretty funny and clever title, too.
I like the sound of it but it looks I dunno not like much effort was put in beyond that. I mean yadda yadda indie games yadda yadda pixels are cool again (my fiance is making a game from scratch learning the code and all yadda yadda). I ain't going to pay for it because I doubt I would replay it.
As a quakerish gal I love the passive element....but...and I know its not trendy and causes uproars...I dont like things with hipster marketing....*ducks* if you make the story good, make the whole thing good too imo. The graphics are just a turn off imo. Gameplay is excuseable but it looks like ms paint.

And yeah, if you can smell the marketing, it usually isn't a good thing...
Most games bore me because they''re rarely more than variations on a handful of things that you then have to do over and over... Even a lot of the more complex RPGs it just feels like you're just filling in boxes or something. Might as well be one thing or another. Then you go on to the next level, and do a slightly different variation... I feel like a rat in a maze... And you don't REALLY get anywhere...

I am! I am actually maybe going to do another of just her on plain paper because I really want to draw her as old school Athena from Battlestar. Its been nagging me the whole time. XD not sure if that would match her personality but it seemed to fit.
At first I was having issues finding something that Phil wouldn't be stuck in a dumpy outfit and that the gal was not A. In a normal glam dress or B. In white or C. Was actually a B movie.
Ended up taking all this time looking for shots from obsure stuff to banging my head on the desk sifting through mystery science feeling marathons to pause on costumes haha.
Ended up picking a more obvious movie but didn't finish it quite yet.

I like how you did Toriel. You did a good job capturing her look without over stylizing it. Plus the entire scene is what I'd imagine living in the ruins with her would be like. Cinnamon butterscotch pie all day everyday.
Personally, I treat this game like an interactive movie or cartoon. I'm playing specifically for the humor and characters. Just really quirky and cute at times.

Thanks! I love a lot of the art people are doing, but its not really something I do very well so I just stuck with my own style with a bit of toon in it. From it having such a huge fanbase, its pretty easy to get a feel for it but I know barely anything about it. I am always mildly timid to admit I don't like pretty much anything viral fan foamy. I wanted to put a clarification out there, because its in my TOS that I generally don't do fan work unless its a special for a con or something because I usually am not aware of the little nuances of the characters.(like I had no idea what type of pie was the pie hehehe)
