Wow, this has received a lot of attention, and for good reason. I love how you added the glass of water in there, the refraction looks fantastic, but my favorite background part is how you went about showing that the tree outside is out of focus. A really interesting way to do that and I think it worked out great.
Wait, this is supercool. I like how this little bit of background communicates a lot: It's a winter morning, he just came out of the bathtub, he probably has a luxiorious appartment with a clean, minimal look and he has an overall sense for design - that's what I'm guessing from the three flowers in the vase.
