I wanted to figure out how to more effectively pixel-draw fluffs, and I also wanted to draw an awesome Victorian outfit. So I did both. Shy pink cat in a Victorian day dress, styled about mid-1880s or so. (Actually she should be wearing gloves to be proper, and possibly a hat, but oh well.)

I imagine in a furry Victorian culture, tails would also be covered up as well. Just seems like yet another thing they'd consider obscene. But that's decidedly less fun to draw. ;)
