...yeah. this thing's more like a belt than a collar, even using a belt buckle. its 5cm wide and about 70cm long, with colour changes on every line.
i made it as a tube which i then sewed flat, making it double thick and really strong - i wouldnt be surprised if you could hang 50kg or so from it
