Got the idea for this charaster from watching way too much Doctor Who (1Oth Doctor & Master) and Life on Mars.

Detective Inspector Tyler Saxon, Tyler’s personality can change fast, psychopathic outlook fantastic ego accompanied by an insatiable lust for power he has an untempered genius, what ever he dose he liking to have it done by the book and, he can be very short tempered with people because Tyler is always under constant stress so he often pushes others away from him, his only ture friends are Ace Brion and Billy Carter which he works with.

Ace thinks Sam is crazy at times the two have very different policing styles and at times hate each other but they always work it out, Billy often looks up to him and respects him.
