he originally a Samurott, but forced into anthro form by a certain serum that injected within his body by team plasma. Until he meet with prof.Sycamore & Lief the anthro chesnaught. They helped him and give him another serum that make him turn into both pokemon - anthro - human as he will.
His age's 30 by the way xD
