If I remember correctly about this fursuiter, this one really liked playing with his squeak-toy (the orange-bone in his right hand). Of course from my experience with fursuiters, I've learned that most of them love to use squeak-toys. ^_^

The character is Rakket Raccoon, formerly owned by 
wildwolf who sold him back in 2013. I've been unsuccessful in tracking down who the current owner is, although I did get a photo of this suit at AC 2016 just last week.

I was able to track down the current owner though (no idea why I didn't notice the name on the tag before (lol!)). But by the looks of mortonfox's shouts, it looks like you found him too.
