well you never know i guess, but if i had to guess it wouldnt be arson. alot of fires happen this time of year when its extremely cold. and my guess would be the damage in the dining area was caused by a strong north wind after the fire started in the heater for the building...but im no fire marshal or whoever it is that determins what causes things...
