This concept art was done by a artist that I've been commissioning more recently, their FA page is called  sodabubbles.

I kinda wanted to get across that part of the structure of the Soldien system is that they're workplaces are bureaucratic and somewhat drab and mundane (and also there's tech that they could be using to make certain things easier, but they don't want to overburden themselves with needless complexity, though it occasionally leaves much to be desired).

Anyway, I kinda wanted to show that Griggs, being a "by the book" sort of persona, typically sends a lot of time filing reports and keeping things up to date, even if the means spending long and tedious hours doing it.

I like how this turned out though, and the artist has an interesting style. For the first time making Griggs I'd say she got the look down pretty good; though it should be interesting to see how things progress as I commission her more in the future.
