Cœur et L'âme... Pff... French is difficult.
Cœur d'or et L'âme d'argent. Sounds fancy, though! Hopefully my French classes paid off!

Anyway, look at her being all deep and serene again. I always like to see her this way.

Fancy indeed! Sounds right to me, though you probably don't need le or " L' " in this case in front of ame anymore. I'm not sure though!

Well, apparently they're called Or Heartgold and Argent Soulsilver in French, which is... strange. I like Cœur d'or and Âme d'argent much better!
And yeah, everything works out perfectly

I thought it was strange too, but it seems like a lot of EU versions of the game do that. I guess they really liked the english names?

Maybe so? Maybe it was for marketing purposes?
We Dutchies do love English names. All Pokémon names as well as the game titles are all the same as the English one. We don't even have a Dutch translation at all

Maybe! More eyecatching and exotic sounding, perhaps...
Dutchie sounds like it'd be a cute pokemon! The question is, would it be for or against using payday?

If I am anything to go by, definitely for. In my first Pokémon game, I remember being amazed at Payday and how it gets me unlimited money. That was the only real reason I had a Persian in my team. Of course it helped that I like cats.

But is payday magically making money, or throwing tons away? GAH, MYSTERY (I think it is magically making money, but still, it seems counterproductive to throw it all over)

I always liked meowth and persian as a kid! I still have a plush meowth someplace, actually

Awh, I see. The only plush Pokémon I have are a ton of Pikachu and one Togepi.
To substitute for Meowth, though... I have a few Kacheek from Neopets.
