This is Fizz! <3
A giggly, bubbly dragon girl from the faraway Sky Tribe, this cutie can produce an almost limitless amount of fizzy bubbles!
Her powers so naturally profound, she can produce enough air to fly through the sky...even without wings!
In fact, she never really stops creating fizz, even when asleep. More is produced the more riled up she gets.
The bubbles can travel quite some distance and she can communicate directly through them, akin to a magical telephone.
Growing up, Fizz struggled to learn how to use her powers offensively, since her bubbles were weak and may be easily popped.
With the help of her friends, this floofy dragon has become quite the foe in combat, displaying newfound strength and mastery over her abilities.

Fun Facts! :
- Bubbles rise from her scales as well as form in the air around her.
- Her mind naturally filters out the sound of her own fizzing -- unless she really focuses on it, to her it sounds silent.
- Fizz's tongue and other innards produce a plethora of tiny fizzy bubbles when exposed to air.
Rumor has it these added feelings make her an amazing sexual partner~
- Along with that, her bodily fluids and bubbles taste like cherry cola. The flowery, perfume-like smell lingers around her.
- When she feels powerful feelings or emotions, her bubbles can take on the form of shapes depicting those emotions.

I'm late to the comment party but I fawn over this character so much so I consider it valid to say that I love Fizz!
I'm already biased to love bubble dragons, since what's more snuggly then a nice, big strong dragon to cuddle with that can make cute little scented bubbles around to enhance the mood, whether straight from a breath power or just magically manifested like hers! Not to mention the color scheme is super soft and aesthetically pleasing with the pastel pink to a lovely fuschia and ending in a dark, supple lavender color, and the white tail-fluff looks just as soft as the clouds they're colored for. I also loved your more recent artwork "You Are Valid," lovely message by the way, and so I just wanna say that your characters make me smile! Super cute and snuggly, so thank you for sharing them with us all!
