Roan found a dark stone that had been polished into a nice smooth sphere in a river. The darkness within the stone drew the Stitchjaw to it, and when he found it, he didn't want to give it up. When I draw him again, the stone will be in a different form =D

Sage Roan was originally designed by the owner of the Stitchjaw species, but I put my own touches on him because I could, lol. (And I was expecting the pink to be an accent, not the main color, so I changed him to purple)

I refer to Roan as a him here, but all Stitchjaws can change between male and female.
Roan just prefers to be male most of the time.
His left ear is tied shut to keep it from speaking. When Sage is in her female form, the right ear gets bound and the left ear is left free to speak. This is because the left ear is feminine voiced, and the right ear is masculine voiced.
