How much do you generally charge for icons? You do terrific work and put a lot more expression and creativity into them than I see a lot of others do.

Typically around 10-15 pounds sterling. I think that's around $20-ish.
I know it's more expensive than a lot of others do them for, but personally, I stand by my work as worth it. :D
