When you have no limbs to speak of, you get use to walking through things that are below your waist. Even if she was wearing long pants, only the pants would hit the bench and just flop in the air until Clara readjusts her 'legs' with her pants.

Now this is an intriguing concept. I once read a Science Fiction story called "...The Invisible Hand" where a fellow loses his arm up to his elbow, and is fitted with a Prosthetic limb, but discovers he's developed Telekenetic abilities only limited to his missing arm and hand. Of course he became a sort of "Secret Agent" and quite an expert lock picker.
Anyway, I'll bet when Clara walks through the park, she gets a LOT of folks doing "Double Takes" at her.

Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU! I have been looking for those stories for years, but I could not remember the Author for the life of me. I was very pleased to find on a "Wiki" search that the stories were penned by one of my favorites, Larry Niven.
But I still like the "Rayman" approach. It can be both mysterious and whimsical.
