it is lol, in order to have it be reversible, you have to mirror it. You're not gluing the back to the front of the face, you have to turn the face side around and then glue them together lol
it confused me at the start too but think about it, and you'll understand xD it is indeed reversible if she wants to cut them out, glue them together and laminate it

Just noting that this image, half of it needs to be flipped before printing while the other one didn't. Like, if you look at the legs the one on the left has their right leg sticking out while the right side it's their left leg. So one of those would need to be flipped so that both have the same leg sticking out. The other image already had it flipped so the extra step wasn't necessary.
