Word is, the real Santa Claus is ill this year so he asked a very (VERY) close friend to do his job this year. His understudy is very good with kids and is a kid at heart. He's awfully playful.
Adults deserve gifts too, so if you've been a good boy, (or girl too) he may strip down (as shown here) to offer a special "gift"...
He loves mistletoe and will give these "gifts" to anyone who catches him beneath it.
"I saw Daddy kissing Santa Claus,
underneath the mistletoe last night"
