Who's this?
I'm debating putting a dorsal stripe on her but it's covered in this ref anyway by tiny kawaii wing
such a better use of my time in math class

<LoL!> I remember all the fun I had doodling in my notebook during class. Even in my Masters Level courses, I still needed to release my creative energy when the professor was on a long talk about something that couldn't totally hold my complete attention. Came up with lots of fun ideas that way. :)
So this is Silvermist? How adorable! I love her. Especially her eye coloring. It's so enchanting.
You're legs are starting to get better, too! I know you've been working hard to improve upon the legs. Silvermist here is the beginning of the legs catching up with how far you've come with the barrel / torso, neck, head, and face. Great job, Ari!

Your dedication always inspires me, Ari. You are certainly a friend to whom I'm glad I've gotten to know more-and-more as time has passed.
Multitasking gives me energy. I feel the most alive when I'm in the midst of doing many things at once. Would you say you feel the most alive when you are juggling multiple things that you are capable of doing while providing a fair challenge?
It will be great seeing how your work progresses. With legs now catching up with the rest of your body designs, I know it won't be long until you have a perfect Pony along with other characters that are uniquely your own style along with look as appealing as you wish them to be. :)

Uh, oh! I didn't get that message yet. ([i]Been jumping back-and-forth a lot between things[/i[)
Hmm. I don't recall making anything specific for his mark. Perhaps a folded up whip? Something like this?

Oh! I really need to make time for my Notes. I spent the last two days catching up on posts, comments, and writing up documents for CWLTP, the ASA presentation, and BronyCon 2016.
The symbolism for Rawhide, to me, is that he is able to keep things in order. He's very talented in herding other ponies, or animals. He knows what to do, what to say, and how to say it to influence others. He quite literally can "Rope Ponies In" or "Crack the Whip" to make sure he's heard.
Rawhide would be a good leader if not corrupted by the orphanage along with being traumatized by the loss of Moonside. Moonside was very strong and not a good sleeper. Moonside realized his talent when he started helping the orphans sneak out at night to use the restroom while getting in some play without the grown ups ruining everything. His muscular body made him a force to be reckoned with. He likely would grow up to a Night Shift Police Officer. He loves the night and he also isn't afraid to use force if it is necessary.
Rawhide always had "The Talk", but never "The Walk". Moonside allowed him to have, for lack of a better term, an "Enforcer". Rawhide got ever pony to fear him and Moonside to the point where scapegoats were made until it all fell on Fall. Since she was an easy target they used her as an "example" to keep the other fillies in colts in line since Fall couldn't defend herself. Having Fall kept Rawhide and Moonside in power, but things are a little different now since Moonside is gone and Rawhide is trying to regain what he lost through their friendship / partnership.

I'd say we should go with "Green" for Rawhide since Fall is brown. Having the characters vary in color makes for easy identification with less confusion.
So much editing to do. Fortunately, my spark is back and I'm going to go as full force as I can into our work as opportunity allows it to me. :)
