Biff's revenge come true. Long story short when Biff used to be a warrior in training in Dream Land there was always this Kirby who would show up out of nowhere around lunch time and ate Biff's cake dessert. No real reason or explanation behind it. Biff could never enjoy his cake. No matter where he went or hid the Kirby showed up. So this pic is sort of a Biff's daydream come true.
