In the world of Dystopian Wars, the Russian Coalition are the perhaps the simplest faction to play, for there is only a single strategy when playing the Russians; get close and kill everything. It might take you a while to get there, and your opponents will almost always out-range you, but Russian technology is notoriously hardy and their guns are utterly devastating at close range.
Alexsi is a Tikhvin small tank within the Russian Army, and is known for perpetuating every Russian stereotype under the sun. Utterly devoted to his country, incredibly stubborn, slightly paranoid, and consumes incredible amounts of vodka-infused Sturginium. A hardy fellow with absolutely no doubt in the strength of himself, his comrades, and his country, he is absolutely resolute on the battlefield, throwing himself in the fray despite being one of the smallest tanks in the world. He often laments that his front wheels aren't smaller, as they greatly obstruct his field of view (which isn't helped by his near-sightedness), and he often relies on a crewmen poking out of his top hatch to guide him.
The Tikhvin is, as many inter-World War history buffs may recognize, based off of the failed Tsar tank, and this idea has carried over to many other Russian tanks and landships; just giant wheels for days. Needless to say, the Tikhvin is much chunkier than its real-world influence, but being a Dystopian Wars small tank it is probably just as tall, broad, and long (about the size of a small house), and being Dystopian Wars turrets are beyond the scope of small tank designers. There is even less information on the tank than most other small tanks in the universe, so we only know that it is armed with some kind of wide-bore forward gun and a pair of side-mounted, auto-loading mortar tubes. This makes the Tikhvin very versatile compared to other small tanks, as it can attack independently with each weapon type, but beyond those its in-game statistics are pretty standard across the board. Each forward wheel has its own, independent drive (as with most tanks), and each is mounted on its on suspension arm, giving it some unique elements of locomotion, but I can't imagine those tall, narrow wheels being very conducive towards torque or weight distribution (so the mud Alexsi is currently wading through is probably going to strand him in a few more seconds). I imagine that the crew is fairly cramped inside that little pod atop the tank (probably three or four guys), and the overall height of the vehicle would make the Tikhvin a very easy target for enemy gunners, or at least easy to disable what with those huge wheels and exposed drive chains.
Also, this picture was a pain in the butt. I just kept working on it on and off, and those wheels probably took up half of my time on the darn thing, and I wound up spending over seven hours on this thing. Plus, I suck at adding mud/dirt to things, so Alexsi's wheels just look icky.
