Little project I've been working on at my boyfriends house for a while now, but I was unhappy with it cause it was too big.
SO last night, I grabbed some metal clippers and clipped the shit out of it, cut about half the length off the muzzle, made the dome of the head a bit smaller, and voila, its more to the size I want it to be :> Made the tip of the nose with foam, I plan on fleshing it out further with a little bit more foam. ears of course... so yah
PROGRESS :D tell me whatcha think :> dankeschoen
everything and all that shit (C)

PS: crappy pics taken with phone xD

I think that that's going to hurt, and I think that its going to fall apart if anyone puts anything on it. Not to mention numerous other things that could go wrong on it. I think you should start over. I'm not trying to be a bum, I just can't imagine you actually wearing that
Perhaps not a do-over, but you'll want foam between your head and that frame, and a counterweight on the back to balance the muzzle. Also, think about how you're going to see--right now, you get a bit of central peripheral vision through the plastic canvas, however when you fur it up, you'll pretty much only be able to see up, and out.
I think it'll work just fine, you'd be amazed how well hot-glue can hold things together.
The only thing I'd change is the back of the head, instead of electrical tape, use some thin metal wire-wrap at each junction of the wire frame and then hot glue over the wire-wrap.
If you use more of the plastic mesh for the back of the head like you did the muzzle, that will give an excellent base to hot-glue the fur onto, while providing more structural strength. And depending on the style you're going for, the head doesn't look to big, be a perfect cartoon style.
You might have to add some foam blocks on the inside of the head to keep the fursuit head moving with your own head, but be careful to fill it all up with foam, or you'll loose the great ventilation you've got with your design.
