Trennas's personal weapon, at long last depicted properly.

The PM-84 plasma magnum, market designation "Corona". It bears a form factor oddly reminiscent of early flintlock pistols, coupled with a top-break action for extracting and replacing the long-lasting fusion power cell, and a considerable bulk for the internal machinery. It is not a weapon meant for speed by any means, but rather sheer, destructive force. It discharges an orb of plasma at approximately 30,000 degree Kelvin, contained in a thin sheen of ionized particles that disperse upon impact. Even on a miss, however, it has been known to cause severe burns by sheer proximity, considering it is a screeching-hot ball of death with the same rough temperature as a lightning bolt.

Trennas's personal model has undergone several home-made modifications for fitting of secondary attachments via an underbarrel rail. There are two such modifications at present, shown here, with a third designed for mounting over the barrel itself. The two demonstrated are a chemical dart launcher, the payload of which can be swapped out depending on the desired effect, and a shield projector, a device Trennas herself developed. Launched similarly to a grapple hook, the projector fans out its flaps and, upon impact with a surface, drives pneumatic nails in to anchor itself, before emitting a bubble-like plasma shield, receiving power from the cable running back into the launcher, connecting it to the weapon's own power cell. Effectively impermeable to any sort of firepower that could be leveled at it, and depending on the settings, can be sealed completely to deny physical entry. The third attachment, unfortunately not depicted here, is a more recent idea, a specialized nozzle fitted into the barrel itself, that strips the ion sheath away from the shot and causes it to disperse and spread immediately. The effective result is a massive gout of flame. With modification to the firing mechanism, this can turn the weapon into a one-hand flamethrower as well. Effective for area denial and area control.
