A commission I bought from JamesmanTheRegenold
Ms. Valentines from the Baroque Works criminal organization from One Piece. When I first heard about this character and devil fruit ability was changing her weight. I was excited and searched the internet for the chapter with this character. This was before Viz decided to go ahead and release the One piece books faster. To my disappointment, the ability does makes her heavier or lighter, but her body shape doesn't change when she does this.
So here's a pic of her after putting on some weight to disguise herself from the Marines. See
