You can tell a bit about a person's personality by who they choose to dress up as. In the case of 2013, Niah did a stint of cosplay as Iris Heart from Hyperdimension Neptune Victory. While blushing a bit at the rather revealing costume, especially if you were to view it from behind, there are some personality similarities between Niah and the alternate universe goddess of Planeptune.
