This beautiful piece of art of Niah is by  magenta as an Iron Artist piece, where after being given the character to use, Magenta came up with the rest! While the bow isn't her primary choice of weapon, its important for all of the Clan including herself to be skilled in the use of it, as well as other forms of attack and defense.

Magenta's design work, both on the outfit and the pose, is both beautiful and elegant and captures aspects of Niah's personality well. I can almost imagine the rest of the scene. An archery range with students learning the bow. Niah is there, giving some tips and pointers to them along with their other instructors... while on the other end of the archery field, Souji is standing nervously with an apple perched on his head.
