So see if you can follow my logic here:

-I wanna draw something for Halloween.

-I think of typical Halloween monsters.

-Mummy crosses my mind.

-Rather than just draw Jakkala (NSFW link) again ('cause why not) in a mummy costume, I figure I'd draw something at least loosely based off her IC roots as someone in charge of looking after the dead.

And yeah, that about covers it. On the plus side. I was able to draw her with a more defined hairstyle and her feather earring (shaped here like the feather of Ma'at, since she uses it in a very similar manner).
