Yep!
If you scroll down on the brushes there is Oil, Acrylic, Paper, Crayon.
Just mess with the different brush 'types' (Simple Round, Noise, Fine-Hollow, etc..) and the slider next to it (Which goes from 0-100) to get the achieved effect.
I noticed some of them change depending on how small or big the brush is so you'll have to find a happy medium.
You may need to use different layers if you're going to overlay a color on top of another (like a blue on top of an orange) because they blend/smudge even if the blending is turned down to 0.
I grabbed some free textures from online that were at least 1500 x1500 px. One was a paper texture and one was a chalkboard wallpaper. Happy experimenting! :D
