The critter's supposed to be an Andrewsarchus. Nobody's entirely sure how they looked 'cause nobody's ever found post-crania. I figure if you're an absurdly wealthy space noble, you can afford hobbies like gene-splicing a species extinct for thousands upon thousands of years as your pure-bred pets.

I'm sure something like this in your portfolio would help you to apply for certain kinds of jobs. Dream jobs, if you ask me. :)

The pet.

I kinda intended for him to be tapping the side of his mouth with a stylus (to be used on the little swivel screens), and even though that's usually an action associated with people who habitually smoke, I don't know what the guy smokes. The robot is basically a cheap industrial version, just kept in good shape and fitted with the tea-tray. So that leaves the pet as the really expensive part.
