A good middle ground would be to take Kira's "Harley" and Elle's "Hart" and creat the super uke/seme......HARLEY HART!!

I'd say he should have a cute-yet professional sounding name. It looks like he's wearing a suit and working in a high end clothing store of some kind. Because of that I would assume that his suit would be perfectly tailored to be very form fitting, and almost never wrinkle (fancy suits do that).

As a rule, working in a place like that he would always refer to customers as "sir" even if they were roughly the same age as him or even younger. Odds are that would carry over to outside of work so he'd refer to everyone as sir or ma'am or whatever formal title.

In the sense of proffessionalness his suit would be buttoned, at least all but the top one possibly, which would cause its custom tailoredness to keep it very tight fitting.
