I let this settle for a few days and decided it's alright enough to post here. I'm also not quite as embarrassed as I first was with it.

i honestly just wanted to draw Eden using his lamprey leach tongue for cuddly stuff ok. He can either use it to rip people apart and siphon their blood into him directly or you know, softening the spikes and using them for massages.
normally Eden being like this would be tense and worrying for both of them, but in AU land, Gem and Eden can just enjoy monster fun times.

Here's some story rambling to make this dumb shit a little more worth it, since I haven't talked about Eden in a pretty long time.

Eden’s body is meant to be efficient at killing and absorbing blood. Since he is in short, a weird vampire. The many holes in his flesh are built like vents or ‘gills’ to take in blood that spatters on him. His tongue, specifically, can be used to grab and lacerate someone while the victim’s blood drains into the many vents that open up on it to catch the liquid.
Eden also will go through ‘evolutions’ in incredibly short periods of time in order to seek out prey, that he has no control over. If a victim is hiding somewhere and he needs to be stronger in order to get to them. Eden’s bones will break and muscles will rip, then reform to make it easier to get to the person. Or an alternate, since he is normally able to control plants, vines might grow from his body to help pull him grab them from afar.
It’s not fun for him, but most of the time he doesn’t get any sort of choice in the matter. This means his body is ever changing when he’s going through episodes, but he does have somewhat of a base template to start with.
