The inclusion of stating my
dreadfully
long absense has gotten too old, so I'll put that aside. *shudders for even mentioning that*
I felt in the mood for a Halloween pic. You can blame this inspiration from my attendance on October 11th to a pumpkin-centric autumn festival in the Granite State. I had stumbled upon it the day previous, completely unaware, while I was on a long distance bike ride. I'm aware that this giant pumpkin I depicted is largely erroneous (though not impossible). As for Lauren's costume, I decided on a mash-up of numerous types that -scream- Halloween. If such a thing exists, she's a vampire-witch-zombie-demon hybrid of sorts. The bloodied shovel seemed like a fitting (but user-illogical) prop at the time I sketched it. And I'm sure you can see that this pinup comes with a pair of items that makes certain people crazy.
