Here's a concept art from an artist I recently encountered 
sodabubbles.
I think that this artist does a fantastic job with details and colors and has an interesting cartoon style; you guys will probably be seeing more of this artist as I commission more of them in the future.
Anyway, I like how this piece came out and it helps establish a bit more about the behaviors of the various characters; I'm going to try and have more of my concept arts be reflective of that like this one.
As always let me know what you all like, what you don't, and how this can be used to improve other images in the future.
