Man, most of the time I feel like I'm the only person who played TMNT/After the Bomb

I never actually got to play it either - but it's something I've been curious about, so many of my friends are tabletop gamers and furries that the game tends to surface in collections of people I know.

It's a RIFTS book - and there's already furries out the whazoo in RIFTS so I imagine there's not much point in specifically playing TMNT/After the Bomb, though the mutant animal mechanics allow for a lot more crazy shenanigans. With TMNT/After the Bomb you could run a rescue Rangers campaign, for instance, because when you mutate a base animal you have to buy the height changes up to human size... and you can just elect not to do that and play a super tiny mouse.

After the Bomb's setting is basically Fallout 2 with normal people as mutant animals and humanity as the Enclave. Other books specifically bring in more Mad Max stuff (Road Hogs especially) but for the most part it's just that.

Humanity controls New York, furries/mutants control everything else.

Sadly I lost my copy ages ago but I frequently think about grabbing another copy, for old times' sake.
