Finally after the owner received this fursuit head and legs, I can finally upload the finished image.

Clydesdale Horse commissioned from  cowboybodacious

This was a special request as I normally would not do equines with a moving jawset. The head is made from one of the last horse resin bases from  ShaggyGriffonStudios before the mask was retired. I then came in and added padding around the muzzle, brows, and cheeks to give it a more draft horse appearance.

The rest of materials featured such as Horse Jawset and Tongue, 4cm LED eyes that glow blue on AAA batteries, a 1 inch fan inside the muzzle on 9v battery, and the lower pink lip are provided from  DreamVisionCreations

The furs come from CRS Crafts in short Mustang Brown, and short White, while the black is Black Teddy inside the ears. There is some slight dry brushing around the flashing and around the eyes to give him a little more depth. Lastly his mane is made from deconstructing a Extra Punky Wig to give it a nice thick appearance.

(Not Shown) The back is a combination of a zipper with velcro. The mane actually lifts up to reveal the rest of the zipper and once placed on, the mane is pressed back down on the velcro squares and smoothed out, the remaining zipper is easily hidden under a shirt as this was made for a partial.


It was a tad bittersweet to see this pretty guy go after being in my workspace for many months from construction to completion but I know he's gone to a good home and I look forward to the next project.
