I recently did an animated icon for Shining-Scales. The first to comment was pokemonartist. I couldn't stop staring at their icon and thinking, "Am I capable of animating a character blowing a bubble from gum?". So I started... And kept going... Once again using the Waitress Icon Base as my template. I made it up to 38 frames and stopped with it uncolored. I figured before I went through the tedious process of coloring each frame I should check to see if pokemonartist would even want it. I talked with them and they gave me the go ahead and helped me figure out the proper color hex codes. With that, I have this. I would have done shading and lighting but it is hard to get that to look right on a moving image (as limited as the movement is) is a little tricky and am still practicing. To say the least I am proud of what I was able to make here <3
