the head is good but the perspective with the wings and the leg... things is kinda messin' with my eyes. Other than that... I mean, the lineart looks clean... it's pretty good :)

It's like... a baby seal... but a baby DRAGON seal which is obviously x9000 better.

One crit, though... from the way the furthest back wing is tilted, it looks like maybe its lower body ought to be twisted towards the viewer? The wing looks like it's pointing almost completely vertical. However, judging from the marking and spine placement, and the other wing's position (very high up on the body) the rest of the body doesn't seem twisted. It seems like the problem could be remedied by bringing down that back wing... which would require ebil foreshortening but might make it look a bit more natural. Either that or shifting the front wing down, which would make it look more like the dragon's back is facing the viewer.

Anyway this is just a sketch, I'm sure you weren't looking for extensive critique. My apologies for rambling. [/unwanted crit]
