As the full moon rose, the villagers took refuge in their homes. For they knew upon this night the werewolves Gola and Moony ruled the dark. Quiet as they could, they waited, but then... a cough! Everyone held their breath as fear began to rise. Maybe they didn't hear? Perhaps they were gone. After a few minutes the villagers lowered their guard. Suddenly two werewolves burst through the door, showering the occupants with splintered wood. The whole village could hear their screams for hours. Finally when the screaming had subsided, a stillness returned to the night. Gola and Moony slipped back into the dark, only to break the silence once more with their howling letting all know they had captured prey this night.

My second commission from  Captain_Nikko once again amazing work. The blend of colors with the cold of the night invading the warmth of the house- just breathtaking.
