Ha. Now this is pretty entertaining here.
I know they're both lions, but I thought the situation was pretty funny. Having a large muscular lion like that (Which is apparently supposed to be read as 'a normal lion') against the smaller cub there? ..Not the best of luck the short one has to get a crisis like this.
However, what I do like in this is that even though the cub is smaller there and not as muscular as the larger one, it's not as if he appears to look wear either. Just by looking at the arms I can tell that you drew some kind of muscle on him, even underneath the arms wraps as.. those aren't skinny arms there. They're just...small. By that's 'small' as in 'not as large as the other guy' and not 'small' as in 'puny and weak.' And for drawing such on a cub, I can wholeheartedly respect that. I mean it's to show that if this is some kind of competition, that he can't just be just some unfortunate person that was pulled into it. He has to have some kind of strength and I thought that idea in itself was thoughtful and I like that.
Now the Herculean looking fellow there...well... all right, I will admit, with him in it, this does seem rather one sided. Though I will tell you this- you're pretty good at drawing muscles there. What's nice to me about this here is that although you drew him to look like some kind of pro wrestler, you didn't overdo it with the muscles. (I.e- Having enough muscles to look like the Hulk, as I've seen.) he just looks...I suppose the word I'm trying to use is 'athletic.' I mean the thick legs, broad chest and shoulders that look like he could pick up a sports utility vehicle there? Yup. All present. And I though that the pose was funny as it's the super hero's posture of coming to save the day. (You'll see Superman in that position a lot...)
So with good art work and an entertaining theme as well, I can honestly tell you that this one happened to come out rather well~!
