I did this a few days ago, as a reminder for me. May it be a reminder you can use for you too.

I've had some time to myself, and now it's coming to an end. There's going to be some dark days, and some hard times ahead this winter. That's why I made this for me, to remind me that in this really great time I've had recently, I was surging back up to my best, and feeling good, and coming back to being social and doing right. Because I'll need reminders I can believe in, when those dark times and mistakes come.
I know also, i don't love perfectly, not even close, and many of you know this. I could do better. This picture is a reminder of my end goal, to become more love, to be faithful, to be passionate, and lighthearted and deep and warm to anyone. I will fall many times, and my spirit and capacity to care never grows smoothly. But this is the reminder for me, and now that you know this bit of my story, maybe you can find a reminder for you too.

Be good all, tomorrow and the next month and a half are going to be trying days. I may have another break after that. *hugs you all*
