This started off as just a normal drawing, but I hit a snag when I couldn't think of a background to do. So, I figured I would turn it into a type of reference for him until I can either produce a good ref or get a commission for one. Also, the thing over his shoulder is his tail. He has a scorpion-like tail, but it doesn't have a stinger or anything. It's just shaped like one.
