A new OC, Lock-Ness aka Terophyllu Scalaren, an alien antagonist for a private superhero RP :) I wanted to take a more 'comic alien' approach to this so he's primarily humanoid. He's an aquatic species, hailing from an underwater planet. He was sent to invade a new planet but ended up on Earth by accident and now he's stuck--whoops. Guess he'll just have to conquer the tiny humans instead.
