Here's my seventh villain that I drew up back in July. And re-color it again.
A fanart of Cat R. Waul from the movie "An American Tail: Fievel Goes West".
So I went back to one of my older self portraits drawings that I've made back in July. To re-color it. Just make it look better. And because I like how Cat R. Waul came out in the sketch. I didn't want to re-sketch it. So I re-color him again. If that's alright with you guys.
