my new character ^_^
his name is GIE-V2 , this stands for Genetic Integration Experiment. He just goes by the name GIE(Guy). If you haven't guessed already GIE is and experiment project. He was made by mixing animal(dragon) genes and chemicals to boost his indestructibility... but being kept in a lab wasn't for him, so he bolted of... trying to hide from everyone .

and i took the markings that i wanted to use for my species i made ages ago... only glowing coz... well hes a man made dragon... (makes me think o tech and such).... so yea :)
